I selected this dentist out of my insurance directory and had a bad experience. As if a visit to the dentist isn't bad enough - I waited (and waited) in the chair for over an hour waiting for a 2 minute exam with the actual dentist. The rooms are really one big room with dividers so I got the pleasure of listening to someone in the cubby next door being drilled.... After being in the office for over an hour I was informed that 2 different visit were required - one for cleaning and the other for an exam. So... after 1.5 hours I left without even having clean teeth?!!!?! The staff was very courteous about the entire situation but this just isn't acceptable.
